''How sitting affects our health'' At this time and age it's almost impossible not to have a job where you spend your time sitting at the desk, but desk exercises would definitely make your life easier. In the nearest future we might do everything from our couches, just like in Pixar's ''Wall-e'': ordering food, playing games and going into VR, socializing while sitting in our special chair... Even if you work as a sales clerk or a waitress, you would still come home and relax in front of a TV for more than couple of hours, without even thinking about doing any exercise at all. Most of the government jobs and office ones require you sitting down. On average a person spends nine and a half hours sitting and that's as much as sleeping! Either way, sitting throughout the day is very unhealthy and it is literally killing us.   Every day we wake up and drive to work, sitting in a car on comfy seats
