''How art therapy helped me cope with stress''
I have always been scared to come close to paints and avoid the embarrassment due to lack of skills.  
However, years later after I had a near-death experience, I started thinking about what I always wanted
to do and art was the first thing I've thought of.
Since I worked in the customer service, stress is inevitable. After work I would always come home,
frustrated and picking fights with my boyfriend, but as I started watching how-to videos and experimenting
with all kinds of styles, stress was instantly out of my life.
